General Project Description
This project involves the slurry sealing of parking lots at Bob Kildee Park and Dos Caminos Park in Camarillo, California, for the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District, as part of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 maintenance program (SPEC NO. SSVPL -25-26). The scope of work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for parking lot maintenance. Key activities are crack sealing using hot-pour rubberized asphalt sealant (ASTM D6690 Type II), Type II slurry sealing with polymer-modified asphalt emulsion (ISSA A143 standards) for the main parking areas, and striping/curb painting using Caltrans-approved, VOC compliant traffic-grade waterborne paint.
