General Project Description

The City of Pleasanton's Engineering Department is seeking to retain a maximum of three (3) general civil engineering firms for on-call services. The contract term is three (3) years (FY 2027-2030) with two optional one-year extensions, for an aggregate total not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000. Anticipated services include general consulting, staff augmentation, peer review, land surveying, civil engineering design (including Capital Improvement Program projects), plan and subdivision map checking, and engineering recommendations for emergency situations. These services will support Public Works infrastructure design, construction, and/or operation, as well as private land development related projects, with a focus on comprehensive civil engineering analysis, design, and peer review across various infrastructure types.
