General Project Description

This project involves the rehabilitation of sewer manholes, including furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals. The scope includes mobilization, demobilization, and obtaining permits, various types of manhole rehabilitation (e.g., in roadway and easement, using Calcium Aluminate, Polyurethane, or Polymer Concrete inserts), active leak control, frame and cover replacement, temporary sewer bypass pumping, contaminated soil removal and disposal, and continuous sewer flow monitoring. The rehabilitation work specifies different depths and locations (roadway, easement) for manholes. Traffic control and pavement restoration are also included.
