General Project Description

The City of Porterville is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultant firms to provide professional services for integrating a Nitrification/Denitrification (NdN) process into its existing Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The project also involves providing full engineered plans and specifications for the selected design option, assessing alternatives to expand current effluent reuse programs, and exploring expanded secondary or tertiary uses for recycled water. The selected consultant will be responsible for defining the detailed scope of service, coordinating with City staff, developing project schedules, performing necessary field data collection, and providing comprehensive project management.
