General Project Description
The Porterville Unified School District (PUSD) is seeking proposals for operations and maintenance (O&M) and support services for their existing behind-the-meter onsite solar electric systems across 20 school and operational sites. The project's core scope includes daily remote performance monitoring, monthly performance reporting, annual preventative maintenance and inspection, and annual module cleaning. Additional proposed services include on-demand corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, as well as an option for increasing module cleaning frequency to twice per year. All maintenance and cleaning activities must be scheduled outside of school operating hours to avoid interrupting school operations.
