General Project Description

This project involves the replacement of the Julian Road waterline for the Ramona Municipal Water District. The scope encompasses the furnishing and installation of all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for water infrastructure. Key work includes the open trench installation of new 8-inch AWWA C 900 PVC water pipe along the southern shoulder of Julian Road, connection to an existing 6-inch AC pipeline, and the installation of new 8-inch welded steel pipe and casing pipe with supports on the SR-78 Bridge over Hatfield Creek. The project requires associated traffic control, pavement removal and replacement, and the obtaining of all necessary permits.
