General Project Description

The Ramona Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified community partners to provide high-quality after-school and intersession Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) for Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade students for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Services will be delivered at the District's six elementary schools, focusing on pupil-centered, results-driven, hands-on, and engaging learning experiences. Programs should typically run 6-12 continuous weeks during the school year, five days per week until at least 6:00 p.m., and for a minimum of 9 hours for 30 non-school days, incorporating activities such as sports, STEAM, Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA), and Speech and Debate, while adhering to specified staffing ratios, curriculum approval processes, data reporting, and quality standards.
