General Project Description

The project involves ADA sidewalk improvements at the intersection of Croetto Way and Mills Park Drive in Rancho Cordova. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements, drainage enhancements, and thermoplastic pavement markings. Additional scope covers roadway excavation, removal of existing base and surfacing, installation of storm drain pipes, storm drain manholes, StormRing trash capture devices, and adjusting utility structures to grade. The project also includes new concrete stamped and colored elements, PCC driveway conform, detectable warning surfaces, cold planing, rubberized hot mix asphalt (RHMA), roadway reconstruction, Type "A" solar-powered street light installation, and pavement marking.
