General Project Description

This project involves the pavement rehabilitation of Santa Margarita Parkway. The scope includes public works construction activities such as mobilization, traffic control, crack sealing, cold milling, asphalt concrete overlay and digouts, adjustment of survey monuments, manholes, and valve covers to existing grades. It also requires coordination with other utilities for their infrastructure adjustments, traffic striping, pavement markings and markers, and other miscellaneous improvements as detailed in the plans and specifications.
