General Project Description

This project involves asphalt pavement maintenance and related public works construction within the City of Rancho Santa Margarita. The scope includes mobilization, traffic control, implementing best management practices, applying Type II Rubber Polymer Modified Slurry Seal (with 3% Latex), crack sealing, protecting utility covers and monuments, pavement striping, markings, and markers, along with other miscellaneous improvements as shown on plans. A Water Pollution Control Plan (WPCP) and a Traffic Control Plan are required.
