General Project Description

The Gateway Refresh Project involves site improvements including the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of irrigation, electrical, and lighting systems. It also includes landscape clean-up and replacement, as well as the removal and replacement of hard surface materials such as decomposed granite, mulch, pebbles, and rocks. Furthermore, the project requires the installation of a 6-inch mow curb. This work will be performed across specified locations in Redlands, CA, including Pearl Avenue from 6th Street to Orange Street, Pearl Avenue and 6th Street, and Pearl Avenue and Orange Street, within Caltrans Right of Way.
