General Project Description

The City of Redwood City is seeking a qualified engineering firm for design and construction administration services for the Redwood Creek Channel Rehabilitation Project near 707 Bradford Street. The project aims to address creek scouring by restoring approximately 300 Linear Feet (LF) of creek bank. The scope includes project management, document collection, planning, surveying, geotechnical investigation, production of 60%, 90%, and 100% final design submittals (plans, specifications, cost estimates, construction schedule), environmental permitting assistance (including Aquatic Resources Delineation Report and Endangered Species Act Biological Assessment Report), and optional bid support and construction administration services (including RFI responses, submittal reviews, structural and geotechnical observations, biological monitoring).
