General Project Description

The City of Redwood City is soliciting proposals for Construction Management & Inspection Services for its 2026 Pavement Program Projects, which include up to six planned pavement projects with an estimated value of $12M-$14M. The scope of work for the selected consultant(s) encompasses PS&E (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates) constructability review, comprehensive construction management, general construction inspection, coordination of special inspections (including geotechnical inspections), and material sampling and testing services. Specific projects outlined include Broadway Street Resurfacing with ADA curb ramp and sidewalk improvements, and a 2026 Citywide Street Resurfacing Program covering up to 20 centerline miles of roadway treatments such as Cape Seal, Dig Out Repairs, Grind & Overlay, Slurry Seal, Microsurfacing, and ADA curb and gutter improvements.
