General Project Description

This on-call project involves performing as-needed concrete and asphalt repair and replacement at various locations within Redwood City. The work includes general construction activities such as clearing, grubbing, and stripping; stormwater pollution prevention; trenching and backfill; grading and earthwork; asphalt paving and surfacing (including chip seal, slurry seal, and crack treatment); concrete improvements (sidewalks, driveways, valley gutters, curb and gutter, ADA ramps); and landscaping. The project requires compliance with various state and local regulations for environmental controls, traffic management, and worker safety during repair and replacement operations.
