General Project Description

This construction project involves comprehensive pavement maintenance and overlay work, ADA curb ramp improvements, and essential infrastructure upgrades across city streets, including "Broadway". The scope generally includes resident notification, traffic control measures, Best Management Practices (BMP) implementation, storm drain and manhole installation, traffic signal, streetlight, and detector loops installation. Additionally, the project requires installation of concrete curb ramps, curbs and gutters, and sidewalks. Pavement work includes street asphalt concrete spot reconstruction, grinding and paving of asphalt concrete areas, and resurfacing City streets with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay. Other tasks involve adjusting utilities to the new grade, installing new roadway markings and permanent striping, and general site cleanup.
