General Project Description

The Rialto Unified School District is inviting licensed contractors to register for its 2026 California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) informal bidding list. This program allows the District to solicit bids for public works projects estimated at $220,000 or less, under California Public Contract Code Section 22036. Contractors are required to possess a current license, subject to verification through the Contractors State License Board, and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) as per California Labor Code 1725.5. The notice covers all trade categories for public works.
