General Project Description

This project involves furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals for the construction and installation of citywide integrated security solutions at various water and wastewater facilities throughout the City of Rialto. The work includes perimeter fencing, gate/access controls, security lighting, video/thermal imaging cameras, intrusion switches, audio alarms, flashing beacons, signage, and other detailed security measures. The scope encompasses electrical, communications, civil, and system integration tasks to provide a complete, functional security system.
