General Project Description
The City of Richmond Public Works Department – Streets Maintenance Division, is seeking proposals from licensed and qualified contractors to provide on-call roadway striping, stenciling, and street sign services throughout the City. The selected contractor(s) will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in compliance with the latest editions of the California MUTCD, Caltrans Standard Plans, and the City’s maintenance and safety standards.
