General Project Description
The City of Rio Vista is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide a full turnkey solution for the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of nine (9) tensioned shade sails and one (1) prefabricated steel shade structure at multiple park locations within the City. The project aims to enhance public recreational spaces by providing durable, aesthetically pleasing, and code-compliant shade structures to improve comfort, safety, and usability. The selected contractor will deliver a fully integrated solution, including all engineering, permitting, materials, labor, and installation services, as well as site preparation, excavation, foundation work, post setting, and final adjustments.
