General Project Description

The City of Rio Vista is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a turnkey solution for the design, engineering, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a 24 by 60 foot modular office building at the City's Public Works Corporation Yard. The building will include three offices, two ADA restrooms, a kitchenette, exterior doors, dual pane windows, HVAC, LED lighting, and Title 24 energy compliant design. The project requires a fully integrated solution comprising architectural and structural design, engineering, permitting, fabrication, transportation, site preparation coordination, materials, labor, and on-site installation, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal codes for long-term municipal use. The scope also includes the removal of the existing modular building by Mobile Modular, subgrade pad preparation (grading, compaction), and the design and construction of a new foundation system with anchoring and tie-down.
