Riverside County Transportation Department is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Mission Lakes Area Resurfacing, identified under Solicitation ID: D1-0075. Work is to be performed near 3525 14th St, Riverside, CA 92501, USA in Riverside County.
General Project Description
This project involves the resurfacing of 25 streets with a combined length of 5.7 miles of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement in the Community of Mission Lakes of Riverside County. The scope includes wedge planing edges of existing AC pavement, crack sealing treatment, paving with new Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), reconstruction of concrete cross gutters, spandrels, curb and gutter, and dip sections. Work also includes reconstruction of undersidewalk drains, utility valve slip can and manhole adjustments to final grade, re-striping of roadways, placement of thermoplastic pavement markings, and salvage/removal and installation of new signs. Traffic control, dust abatement, and water pollution control measures are also required.
