Riverside County Transportation Department is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Re-Bid Buck Road – Warren Road Resurfacing Project Rancho California Road to Borel Road Communities of Rancho California and French Valley, identified under Solicitation ID: D1-0063. Work is to be performed near 3525 14th St, Riverside, CA 92501, USA in Riverside County.

General Project Description

This project involves the resurfacing of approximately 6,300 feet of pavement between Buck Road, Rancho California Road, and Warren Road / Borel Road in the communities of Rancho California and French Valley within Riverside County. The scope includes grinding and pulverizing existing asphalt concrete pavement, moisture conditioning, mixing and recompacting grindings with native material, and paving a new base with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Additional improvements consist of constructing asphalt concrete dikes and driveways, partial pavement resurfacing of abutting streets, placement of safety edges and shoulder backing, construction of stormwater runoff infiltration areas (Design Pollution Prevention Infiltration Areas), utility manhole and valve adjustments, roadway re-striping with pavement markers and thermoplastic markings, and the salvage/removal of existing signs and installation of new signs.
