General Project Description

This project involves Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle XI improvements on Mission Inn Avenue, specifically between Redwood Drive and Scout Lane. The scope includes constructing a new raised median, performing grind and asphalt overlay, and applying a High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST).
