General Project Description

This project involves Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle XI improvements on Mission Inn Avenue, specifically between Redwood Drive and Scout Lane. The scope includes constructing a new raised median, performing grind and asphalt overlay, and applying a High Friction Surface Treatment (HFST). Additionally, the project entails installing new signing and striping, and replacing existing detector loops at the signalized intersection of Mission Inn Avenue and Redwood Drive.
