General Project Description
This project involves the exterior repainting of the Rocklin Event Center. The scope of work includes comprehensive surface preparation, priming, and finish painting of various exterior substrates such as stucco, masonry, wood trim, siding, and ferrous and non-ferrous metals (e.g., doors, frames, railings, downspouts).
