General Project Description

The Roseville City School District (RCSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide enterprise-grade, E-Rate-eligible Category 1 Ethernet Wide Area Network (WAN) and Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) services for Winding Creek Elementary's connection to the District's network for the E-rate Funding Year FY2026. The objective is to competitively procure these services in alignment with E-Rate procurement rules, ensuring continued eligibility. The required services must adhere to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a minimum of 99.99% availability and a maximum of 0.25% packet/frame loss commitment for each circuit.
