General Project Description

The Roseville City School District (RCSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide enterprise-grade, E-Rate eligible Ethernet Switch LAN equipment and related services for Funding Year FY2026. The project aims to build additional capacity and density into the District's existing Ethernet network infrastructure by installing Edge Closet Switches (IDFs), transporting equipment to various sites, tagging or replacing existing cables as directed, and removing and returning replaced equipment. The request includes specific HPE Aruba Networking Central Switch subscriptions and CAT6 patch cables.
