General Project Description
The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for annual inspection and testing services of approximately 4,500 commercial/residential reduced pressure principle (RP) and double-check (DC) backflow prevention assemblies (BPAs) located within the City's water service area. The scope includes conducting annual tests, submitting inspection reports to the City's asset management system via an online portal, and ensuring that all supplied personnel are CA/NV AWWA-Certified Backflow Prevention Assembly Testers compliant with the State of California Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook and City standards. Contractors are responsible for providing all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and tools. Optional services may include providing a Certified Cross-Connection Control Specialist on an on-call hourly basis to support program implementation, hazard assessments, incident documentation, and procedural documentation.
