General Project Description

The City of Roseville Environmental Utilities Department is seeking Construction Management (CM) Services to oversee the expansion of the Collections Building at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project includes the construction of a new standalone pre-engineered metal building for large utility vehicle parking and tenant modifications to the existing Collections Building, converting an existing parking area into a new conference room. The CM services encompass project management, construction contract administration, change management, field inspection, and final completion services, supporting a Design-Build contracting agreement. The scope of work for the underlying construction project involves comprehensive civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, ranging from demolition and earthwork to the installation of fire suppression systems, HVAC, specialized equipment, and exterior improvements like paving, sidewalks, fences, and gates.
