General Project Description

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for the replacement of eleven (11) Bosch water source heat pumps at the Mahany Fitness Center. The project involves a comprehensive scope including system design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training for facility staff, and documentation for the new heat pump systems. The goal is to provide energy-efficient heating and cooling, ensuring adherence to environmental standards and optimal performance within the defined timeline. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, integrating controls with the existing building automation system, and conducting site assessments and pre-installation modifications. An optional add-alternate work scope includes the installation of one additional water source heat pump along with associated air supply heating and exhaust equipment to serve the commercial kitchen.
