General Project Description

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for a Design-Assist Construction Contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the rehabilitation of the 116 S. Grant Building's façade and envelope. The project aims to address significant moisture intrusion issues and will involve the removal and replacement of the existing exterior façade system, including stone veneer, cement plaster, and associated sheathing.
