General Project Description

This project, a re-bid for the Woodbridge Park Tennis & Pickleball Court Renovation, involves comprehensive sports court improvements on 0.3 acres. The base bid includes replacing the court's foundational slab, installing new striping and equipment, color-coat resurfacing, upgrading entrance gates for ADA compliance, adding new benches, and constructing a new shaded seating area. Alternates include installing protective windscreens around the court perimeter, new bark mulch installation along the Mariposa Street frontage, and new noise reducing acoustic fabric along the street side of the court. The work also includes site preparation, clearing and grubbing, demolition, earthwork, asphalt concrete paving for courts and access, site concrete work (flatwork, curbs, footings), chain link fencing, as well as new utility installations such as storm drain and sanitary sewer systems, and irrigation components. The contractor is responsible for permits (State Water Resources Control Board General Permit for Storm Water, City of Roseville Building Permit, Grading Permit) and compliance with California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) BMP Handbook.
