General Project Description

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for on-call consultant services to provide transportation impact studies for proposed private development and development-related projects throughout the City. The selected consultant(s) will prepare short and long-term traffic impact studies, conducting analyses such as nexus studies, sensitivity analysis, level of service (LOS) analysis, and traffic impact fee studies. The scope includes project management activities such as preparing proposals, attending kick-off meetings, providing monthly progress reports, conducting coordination meetings, and making presentations at public meetings as required.
