General Project Description
The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide ongoing, as-needed building plan review and field inspection services for projects within the city. The scope includes electronic plan checks and reviewing plans and performing inspections for compliance with various California building codes (CBC, CRC, CMC, CPC, CEC, Energy Code, CGBSC, CFC), California Fire Code (CFC), and local municipal codes. Consultants are required to provide weekly status reports, attend coordination meetings, and maintain updated organizational charts. Services must adhere to specified turnaround times: 13 business days for initial plan reviews (8 days for subsequent) and 6 business days for both initial and subsequent expedited reviews. Personnel must be certified as ICC Plans Examiners or Building Inspectors, or hold a Professional Architect or Engineer License, or CASp Certification.
