General Project Description
The City of Roseville is seeking a qualified consulting firm to develop an Environmental Utilities Asset Management Program (AMP) Roadmap. The project is structured in two phases: Phase One involves a comprehensive baseline assessment of the City's Environmental Utilities (EU) Water and Wastewater divisions' AMP and the creation of an implementation roadmap with prioritized projects and initiatives to address identified issues. Key assessment areas include Data Management (integrating existing CMMS, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) model data), Lifecycle Management (contractor, asset, material, and labor costs), and Operations and Maintenance (Key Performance Indicators). Phase Two, contingent on City approval, will involve providing implementation support for the roadmap's findings, with a budget not exceeding $500,000, including guiding action steps, implementing management tools for accountability, and offering additional support.
