General Project Description

The Rowland Unified School District, having adopted Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Procedures, is soliciting General Contractors and various C-class licensed subcontractors for pre-qualification to be included in their contractor list. This initiative aims to establish a pool of qualified contractors for future district projects, covering a wide range of construction and specialty trades from insulation and roofing to electrical, plumbing, and demolition.
