General Project Description
This project involves the procurement, transportation, and spreading of agricultural limestone material onto Lined Dedicated Land Disposal Units (LDLDs) 2, 3, and 4 at the EchoWater Facility. The purpose of the lime application, covering a total area of 111 acres (three 37-acre units), is to maintain soil pH above 5 as required by Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for biosolids application areas, preventing the leaching of heavy metals. The scope includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals for supply, loading, transportation, unloading, and spreading of the material over a 7 business day period or less.
