General Project Description

This project involves the construction of approximately 50 On-Farm Connection Assemblies (OFCAs) across 49 distinct sites in Southern Sacramento County, with sizes ranging from 4” to 16”. The scope of work encompasses the installation of piping and appurtenances, site grading, construction of farm roads, culverts (as needed), fencing, and electrical equipment. Specific aspects include comprehensive mobilization and demobilization, sheeting and shoring for excavations, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) implementation, installation of various environmental and exclusion fencing, and full system commissioning, adjustment, and training for all OFCA units. Additionally, the project includes allowances for unforeseen buried pipeline and irrigation infrastructure.
