General Project Description

This project involves the modernization and new construction at Earl Warren Elementary School. The scope includes extensive site work such as demolition, grading, and the construction of new exterior improvements, hardcourts, and parking lots. It also entails replacing existing grass with new sod, upgrading site drainage, sewer, and water utilities, and installing accessible paths of travel, fencing, gates, site security cameras, and key card access. Playground and landscape improvements feature the installation of three new play apparatuses with safety surfacing, fall zones, shade structures, and new landscaping, including two new fields with proper subdrainage.
