Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Preventative Maintenance Services for Building Systems, identified under Solicitation ID: RFP # 2532-KP. Work is to be performed near 630 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814, USA in Sacramento County.
General Project Description
The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for routine and emergency inspections, monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for various building systems across nine (9) properties within the City of Sacramento. The systems covered include, but are not limited to: Domestic Water Heaters, Domestic Pumping Systems & Controls, Make-Up Air Units, Fan Coils, Gas Heat Exchangers, Exhaust Systems, Outside Air Economizers, Domestic Building Lighting Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Solar Arrays, Solar Thermal systems, Battery Inverters, Water Treatment Systems, Building EMS Systems, Generators, HVAC Systems & Boilers. Services must adhere to code standards and manufacturer’s instructions. The contract is intended for an initial period of 24 months, with an option for three additional one-year periods. General preventative maintenance items include checking refrigerant levels, cleaning condenser coils, inspecting gas and electrical connections, lubricating moving parts, testing thermostats, replacing air filters, removing sediment and debris, flushing water heaters and boilers, and adjusting lighting controls.
