General Project Description

The Sacramento Public Library is soliciting proposals from qualified responders for Telecommunications Service, specifically Internet Service, using 5G mobile hotspot routers for its Mobile Services Vehicles (such as bookmobiles). This is for a multi-year, E-rate eligible contract, requiring bids for installation and ongoing service. The awarded contractor will deliver internet service to existing hotspots in mobile library vehicles and potentially other locations within the Greater Sacramento Area designated by the Library. The proposal should include detailed billing, all related taxes and surcharges, and comprehensive plans for the service.
