General Project Description

This project involves comprehensive improvements at El Gabilan Park. The scope includes replacing the existing basketball court with a new multi-sport court, along with associated surfacing, striping, fencing, and paving areas. Additionally, the project entails miscellaneous landscape renovations, installation of new site furnishings in accordance with City standards, new security lighting, and replenishing the existing playground surface. All incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations are to be performed as specified in the plans, technical specifications, and special provisions, encompassing site preparation, erosion control, coordination, and mobilization.
