General Project Description

The project involves the ground-up construction of a new 8,178 SF (2 story) Anthem Oil convenience store and fuel station on a 1.62-acre site. The scope includes but is not limited to surveying, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal fabrications, millwork, FRP, insulation, weather barriers, siding, roofing, joint sealants, doors, storefronts, drywall, tile, ACT, sealed concrete, painting, toilet accessories, wall protection, canopies, window shades, countertops, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, low voltage, fire alarms, earthwork, erosion controls, asphalt, striping, landscaping, utilities, and fuel tanks.
