General Project Description

This project involves the complete interior build-out, or tenant finish-out, of an existing vacant lease space for a new Tierra Mia Coffee location. The scope of work includes the installation of new non-load bearing partitions, various ceiling systems, floor finishes, millwork, and customer seating areas (FF&E). Additionally, the project requires the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support the café's operations. Specific trades include selective demolition, concrete saw cutting and pour-back, gypsum board assemblies, storefront installation, painting, tiling, metal doors, concrete finishing, FRP, stainless steel, and acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) installation.
