San Bernardino City is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Orange Street Storm Drain Channel Replacement, identified under Solicitation ID: RFQ F -26-4067, PROJECT NO. 13679, CONTRACT NO. SD 26 -002. Work is to be performed near 1955 S Hunts Ln #210, San Bernardino, CA 92408, USA in San Bernardino County.
General Project Description
This project involves the removal and disposal of an existing storm drain channel and construction of a replacement channel on N. Orange Street, approximately 260 feet south of Highland Avenue. The scope includes demolition of existing street improvements and interim storm drainage, clearing and grubbing, removal and installation of new culvert and storm drain pipes, grading and compaction of subgrades, adjustment of valves and manholes, construction of asphalt concrete pavement, restriping, installation of new signs and pavement markers, materials testing, coordination with City inspectors, formwork and rebar installation, traffic control, safety measures, concrete curing, general housekeeping, and installation of erosion control measures in compliance with environmental requirements.
