San Bernardino County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, Yucaipa Regional Park Restroom Replacement, identified under Solicitation ID: 10.10.1708. Work is to be performed near 33900 Oak Glen Rd, Yucaipa, CA 92399, USA in San Bernardino County.
General Project Description
This project entails the demolition of four existing restrooms and the construction of four new prefabricated restrooms at Yucaipa Regional Park. The scope includes associated concrete foundations, walkways with new ADA asphalt parking stalls for each restroom, and the addition of a cape seal over parking areas as an additive alternate. The overall work involves various construction trades, including earthwork, concrete forming, reinforcement, cast-in-place concrete, concrete finishing and sealing, exterior painting, precast concrete building installation, plumbing (covering basic requirements, earthwork for piping, drainage, waste, and vent piping), HVAC identification for piping and equipment, and electrical work (general provisions, conductors, grounding, support devices, panelboards, and enclosed switches/circuit breakers).
