General Project Description

This project involves the complete addition of a bathroom facility at the North Etiwanda Preserve. The scope includes site clearing and grading, installation of a prefabricated restroom structure, construction of concrete foundations, pads, and walkways, installation of underground utilities and a sewage holding tank, connection to existing water, electrical, and sewer systems, implementation of erosion and sediment control measures (SWPPP BMPs), and restoration of all disturbed areas to pre-construction conditions. The work shall conform to San Bernardino County Department of Public Works standards, applicable building codes, and regulatory agency standards.
