San Bernardino County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, On-Call Professional Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Services, identified under Solicitation ID: SDD-061 / SPD126-SPDAD-6116. Work is to be performed near 222 W Hospitality Ln 2nd floor, San Bernardino, CA 92415, USA in San Bernardino County.
General Project Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works – Special Districts seeks qualified professional firms for on-call Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) services for various facilities and improvement projects throughout the County. The scope includes National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) services, SWPPP preparation and evaluation of Best Management Practices (BMPs), stormwater reporting (QSD, QISP), corrective action plans, regulatory liaison, site and compliance audits, BMP installation and maintenance, pre-storm, post-storm, and during rain event inspections and sampling, permitting assistance (e.g., NOI/NOT filings, dewatering, 404), review of sampling results and annual stormwater reports, Stormwater Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) updates, and customized site-specific SWPPP/BMP and staff training. The contract term is from February 24, 2026, through June 30, 2030.
