General Project Description
The San Bernardino County Project & Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call roofing services for various county-owned buildings throughout San Bernardino County. The scope includes emergency roofing repair and replacement jobs, as well as other unspecified repairs, often resulting from storm events. Contractors must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a required emergency response time of no more than 2 hours. Individual projects will not exceed $75,000, with an anticipated total contract award of up to $1,000,000 over a five-year term.
