San Bernardino County is seeking bids from qualified and interested contractors for the following project titled, On-Call Glass Services, identified under Solicitation ID: FMD126-FM-6052. Work is to be performed near 200 S Lena Rd, San Bernardino, CA 92408, USA in San Bernardino County.
General Project Description
The San Bernardino County Project & Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call glass services for the maintenance of over 1,200 County-owned buildings and properties throughout San Bernardino County. The scope includes emergency glass repair and replacement jobs, as well as other unspecified repairs, often in response to storm events. Contractors must be available 24/7 with a response time of no more than 2 hours for emergency work. Individual work orders will not exceed $75,000, and the total contract award is anticipated to be a maximum of $200,000 per year over a 5-year term. Emergency work is paid on an hourly basis, with mobilization and demobilization paid on a lump sum basis. Contractors are required to provide all necessary traffic control.
