General Project Description
The San Bernardino County, Project and Facilities Management Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call flooring services at various County-owned buildings throughout San Bernardino County. The scope includes repair, maintenance, and replacement of various flooring types such as carpet, tile, VCT, quarry pavers, linoleum/tiles (including refinishing and sealing), and hardwood flooring. Services will also cover commercial and industrial applications, including emergency on-call services with a required response time of no more than 2 hours. Projects under individual work orders will not exceed $75,000.
